One of my favorite dressings — I always want to have on hand. It is perfect for dressing a quick side salad to complement almost any meal.

  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Shake thoroughly right before pouring.

No need to keep this dressing in the refrigerator since the ingredients were not refrigerated prior to mixing (and you'll be using it up within a few days!) Simply shake thoroughly before dressing your favorite tossed green salad.

* Honey makes an awesome sweetener in salad dressings. You get all the nutrients of honey and avoid all the poison of white sugar. Win-win!
