  1. Cut onions, dice celery and apples, and cut pineapple into tidbit-sized pieces. Place all of these in a large bowl.
  2. Add whole grapes and diced chicken to bowl and stir.
  3. Start adding mayo and stir until you have the right amount.
  4. Add cashews and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
